o    Incorporated  Internet of Things(IoT) and Total Customer Experience Program into the Product Life Cycle which provided greater than 6-Sigma availability and  saved potential $100M loss revenue on Enterprise Network Storage Systems

o    Led team for 510K FDA approval on a medical robotic stent delivery system

o    Launched Digital Signal Processor (DSP) product, met FDA medical device quality requirements, built strategic alliances, and improved market share 25%
